Option 1: via Paris and Barcelona (sleeper) then ferry
Sample itinerary: Take any Eurostar to Paris in time to catch the sleeper at 2034from Paris Austerlitz, which arrives Barcelona at 0909 next day. After a day in Barcelona, catch the 2300 ferry over to Ibiza, which arrives the following day at either 0730 or 1245. Price: London to Barcelona on the sleeper from Paris costs from £202 return. Leg 1:	London St Pancras International to Paris Gare du Nord in the heart of Paris. Don't forget check-in time for Eurostar is at least 30 mins before departure.	Frequency of service: About 15 trains a day Operator: Eurostar Journey time: From 2 hrs 15 mins
Transfer	Cross the centre of Paris by metro from Gare du Nord to Gare d'Austeritz. From the Eurostar platform, turn left, walk down the stairs and follow the signs for Metro line M5 to Gare d'Austerlitz (which is signposted 'direction Place d'Italie'). It's 9 stops from Gare de Nord to Gare d'Austerlitz and takes 20-30 minutes, but we recommend you leave at least 50 minutes for the entire transfer.	Long hop Transfer time: Allow 50 mins. Transfer	Transfer from Barcelona França Station to Barcelona Ferry Port It's a fifteen minute walk along Passeig de Colom from França Station to the Ferry Port, or a quick five to ten minutes in a taxi. Alternatively, the number 14 bus (towards Bonanova) will take you most of the way in a couple of minutes - take it from across the road from França station.	Short hop Transfer time: Allow 30 minutes. Leg 3:	Barcelona to Ibiza by ferry Trasmediterranea's overnight ferries depart from Barcelona most nights at 2300, arriving the following day at either 0730 or 1245. Balearia ferries run Friday to Sunday, departing 2300 and arriving at 0700 (except Easter week, when they run week-round).
