I'm the Guardian's eco travel correspondent and the editor of a worldwide guide to Green Places to Stay (Alastair Sawday Publishing). I'm currently researching and writing the Rough Guide to Green Holidays (worldwide). I help judge the Times 'Green Spaces' Awards, the Association of Independent Tour Operator's AITO Responsible Tourism Award and the Guardian and Observer's Ethical Travel Award, and I was the Contributing Editor to the Travel Channel's six part TV series How to Holiday Greener.
