Some have great yomps starting on their property, some can direct you to the local bus route, but all are run by owners with a passion for sharing their top tips. Contact the owners in advance for advice on the best routes and their recommendations for pubs and places to stop off on the way.
So grab your OS Map, your waterproofs and your stout walking boots and hit the ground running. Or walking at a more leisurely pace. You are on holiday, after all.
