The chalet can sleep 15 and is wonderfully comfortable, and there’s a sauna and outside hot tub. Delicious food with plenty of organic and local ingredients. Super-insulated for both winter and summer weather, the owners used Morzine slate for the roof. A wood pellet system, which is apparently over 90% efficient and uses waste chips from the local saw mill, deals with heating and hot water.
