Why we've chosen Wingstone Farm

Very much a working farm, Wingstone offers B&B in the main farmhouse (double or twin rooms with en-suite or private bathrooms) and a self-catering cottage sleeping five in a converted granary. The setting is tremendous, with views across to Hayne Down and the stack of weathered granite called Bowerman’s Nose, and there are endless possibilities for walking, riding and cycling around the eastern moor (Hound Tor, Haytor and Grimspound are all close); hiking advice and guided walks are available, and there’s a secure bike store. Rooms in both B&B and cottage are fresh and airy, with pine furniture and free wi-fi.
