Why we've chosen Dufton Hostel

This hostel faces the picturesque village green of the same name, a stone's throw from the Pennine Way and an ideal base to explore the likes of Cross Fell and High Cup Nick. In fact, YHA Dufton is a great location for many outdoor activity breaks exploring the surrounding moorland and valleys. Alternatively, you could slow the pace and take your time encountering the region's flora and fauna. This hostel also has a restaurant, so you'll be able to refuel after a day of appreciating the North Pennines' very own 'Grand Canyon'.
