Only 35 miles from London, easy access from M25, Gatwick airport and railway stations at Tonbridge and Sevenoaks.

Bore Place House  Great for large family groups, with plenty of space for socialising or retreating somewhere quiet with a good book! If you are looking for somewhere to gather your friends and family for a long weekend (or longer!) the house is ideal for groups of 10-25 people. There are 12 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and dining areas as well as beautiful garden terraces and lawn areas to relax in.

Small Barn  Ideal for individuals, couples, small groups/families, the Small Barn provides spacious, comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. It has a kitchenette and sitting area and there is a log burner with logs supplied. It is located approximately 75 yards away from Bore Place House with its own private access via a peaceful courtyard.  Please note: a spiral staircase leads to balcony with 2 bedrooms on mezzanine floor. May not be suitable for young children - please call us.

Old Stable  For larger groups of up to 17 people, the Old Stable is accessed from the same courtyard as the Small Barn. It has spacious, comfortable accommodation in a nineteenth century farmhouse-style building. It is accessible to wheelchair users and has 11 bedrooms which can be used for single occupancy, or if sharing, up to 17 people. There are shared bathrooms, a sitting room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.

Eco credentials:

How do you reduce your draw on energy:
We use renewable energy on site - wind turbine, solar PV panels on cowsheds, woodchip and wood pellet boilers and we have free electric vehicle charging points on site for visitors to use. We have an ongoing programme working towards low carbon farming.

How you minimise the amount of waste you send to landfill:
As an organisation, we recognise that sustainable development encompasses social, political and economic dimensions as well as environmental.  So we aim for "eco credentials" in pretty much everything we do!  So, for example recycling bins are located in all accommodation and meeting rooms.

How you reduce your consumption of water:
We use recycled rainwater in some areas on site including some toilets and in the gardens & all our cleaning products are environmentally friendly.

How much of the food your serve is sourced locally (where possible):
When visitors use our conference facilities, and are catered for, we use our own organically grown produce from our vegetable gardens wherever possible and aim to source all goods/food from local and/or, fairtrade and/or organic suppliers. Self caterers are able to buy our produce when available / in season etc.

Do you actively encourage guests to arrive on foot, by bike and by public transport?:
Yes. EV charging points, bike racks are provided. Our location can be reached via public transport and then perhaps taxi from nearby railway stations.
