"There's something in the atmosphere that we find very relaxing and peaceful," says June. "The quality of the air here is beautiful, and the scenery is magnificent." This is a great, family-friendly base for exploring the national park – if you’ve never been to the Brecon Beacons, you’d be hard pressed to find a better spot as an introduction to the area."
