Why we've chosen Bala Cottage

This modernised farmhouse offers a taste of true seclusion and serenity on one of the largest estates in Snowdonia National Park, where you can relax surrounded by beautiful views and a real sense of tranquillity. It is not, however, completely in the middle of nowhere! Bala, a busy town which offers golf and sailing, is just a short journey away, and the property lies in easy reach of some of Wales’ most beautiful areas, including medieval castles, sandy beaches and stunning gardens. From the cottage, go exploring along one of the footpaths which lead directly from it up towards the moors, or simply relax in the garden and watch out ahead for impressive birds of prey.
