Yoga to boost your energy and stretch your mind and body. Based at Col di Lavacchio, an organic farm in the Apuane Alps in the Lucca province of northern Tuscany, the week is a chance to relax and recharge in beautiful and peaceful surroundings.

This is a unique opportunity to get fit and enjoy yourself whilst surrounded by breathtaking scenery in the Apuane Alps. Instructor Wendy Fraser offers a 'Iyengar style of class that will combine typical yoga with elements of meditation. You'll also get to spend the duration of the 8-day holiday relaxing in this fantastic mountain setting while improving your posture, muscle tone and development, and self-confidence.

In addition to this, you'll be able to venture out and explore the beautiful Apuane Alps, which offer some great walking and hiking opportunities, many of which start right at the doorstep. It is completely up to you just how much time you spend practicing yoga and exploring the Alps, as the trip is designed to suit each individual.

Arrival at Col di Lavacchio.

Days 2 - 7
Two daily sessions of Iyengar Yoga, plus plenty of opportunity to explore the surrounding hills.

Day 8
Departure day.
