Walking Holidays reachable without flying

All the walking holidays in this section are provided by respected tour operators that we have carefully selected to work with. They are all fully bonded and are passionate about green travel.

We have worked with each operator to select the best trips that are reachable by train. It is by no means a complete selection, but we hope we have chosen a range of holidays to suit different budgets, tastes and geographical range. Each trip includes notes on how to reach the start point of each trip by train (as well as the return journey), and links to the relevant page in our flight-free journey planner to provide more detailed information about how to travel to the relevant stations and any tips on transfers you may have to take, e.g. within Paris. Of course, it is often quicker to fly but if you take the train, the journey becomes part of the holiday and can be a great adventure. Less Carbon, More Fun!

We'll be adding many more walking holidays reachable without flying,

so be sure to check back for more green holidays!
