Day 1
By rail to Switzerland
The holiday begins as soon as you step foot in London St Pancras station, travelling in style on the Standard Premier Class (formerly 1st class) on the Eurostar towards Paris. Arriving at Gare du Nord, you'll change to Gare de l’Est and then continue by TGV onto Switzerland until you arrive in Zurich, ready to bed down in the Hotel Continental

Day 2
Through Switzerland to Milan and onwards to Venice
You'll have time for a stroll around Zurich before taking the Euro City service through the mountains to Milan, joining onto Eurostar for the trip to Venice. On arrival, a water taxi will take you to your hotel, the Hotel Ai Mori d’Oriente, where you'll stay for the next four nights.

Days 3, 4 and 5
Venice
Experience Europe's most romantic destination for the next three days, exploring St. Mark’s Square, the Rialto Bridge and taking a gondola to the fantastic Doges Palace. You can also take a boat out to a collection of islands on the lagoon, including Murano.

Day 6
Venice to Lake Geneva
Board the Eurostar once more and make your way (first class) through the Simplon Pass towards Montreux on the shores of Lake Geneva. Your hotel here is the Grand Hotel Suisse Majestic. Spend the rest of the day exploring.

Day 7
Free-time in Montreux – Montreux to London – Homeward bound
You'll have time this morning to do whatever you wish, whther that be spending more time around the Lake or heading over to the medieval Château de Chillon. A quick lunch in Montreux before boarding the TGV back to Paris and then the luxurious Eurostar back to London.
