Greentraveller's Top Tips: All three cities in this itinerary have a few green options for visitors. The picturesque Swiss city is home to a wide range of parks, green spaces and gardens. Some of the loveliest places to relax or have a picnic are on the lower side of Lake Zurich. In Venice, a gondola trip is not only the most popular, but also a green way, to explore the city's canals. While in Turin, do sample some of the locally produced cheeses as after all located nearby in Bra is the headquarters of the Slow Food movement.
