Detailed itinerary

Option 1: via Paris and Milan (sleeper)
Sample itinerary: Take the 1502 from St Pancras to Paris, and grab something to eat on your way from Gare du Nord to Gare de Bercy, from where you can catch the 2033 sleeper to Milan. Following an early morning transfer to the 0630 service to Naples, you'll arrive at your destination at 1055. Price: from £319 return Book your train ticket to Naples
Leg 1:	London St Pancras International to Paris Gare du Nord in the heart of Paris. Don't forget check-in time for Eurostar is at least 30 mins before departure.	Frequency of service: About 15 trains a day Operator: Eurostar Journey time: From 2 hrs 15 mins
Transfer	It's a ten minute walk between Gare de Lyon and Gare de Bercy Gare du Nord to Gare de Bercy. From the Eurostar platform, turn left, walk down the stairs and follow the signs for RER ligne D to Gare de Lyon (which will be signposted 'direction' 'Melun', 'Malesherbes' or 'Corbeil Essonnes'). It's just 2 stops from Gare de Nord to Gare de Lyon (and takes a little over 10 minutes) then either walk the 600m to Gare de Bercy or take the metro line 14 (which will be signposted 'direction Olympiades') one stop to Bercy metro station, from where it's just a short stroll over to the mainline Gare de Bercy. Leg 2:	Paris Gare de Bercy to Milan (sleeper) Overnight sleeper train departs Paris Gare de Bercy at 2033, arriving in Milan the next morning at 0538. Option 2: via Paris and Milan
Sample itinerary: Take an evening train from St Pancras to Paris and enjoy an overnight stop in the French capital before taking the 0742 service from Gare de Lyon to Milan. In Milan you can connect to the 1515 service through to Naples. Price: from £319 return Book your train ticket to Naples

Transfer	A relatively quick train trip from Gare du Nord to Gare de Lyon. From the Eurostar platform, turn left, walk down the stairs and follow the signs for RER ligne D (which will be signposted 'direction' 'Melun', 'Malesherbes' or 'Corbeil Essonnes'). It's just 2 stops from Gare de Nord to Gare de Lyon and takes a little over 10 minutes (plus there's a short 5 minute walk to the connecting TGV departure platforms), but we recommend you leave at least 50 minutes for the entire transfer.
