Option 1: via Paris and Bologna
Sample itinerary: Take the 1404 service from St Pancras to Paris, cross the city to Gare de Bercy and take the 1852 sleeper train, which arrives in Bologna at 0558. You've then got time to get an early breakfast before catching the 0930 service to Bari, which arrives at 1640. Price: Book your train ticket to Bari
Leg 1:	London St Pancras International to Paris Gare du Nord in the heart of Paris. Don't forget check-in time for Eurostar is at least 30 mins before departure.	Frequency of service: About 15 trains a day Operator: Eurostar Journey time: From 2 hrs 15 mins
Transfer	It's a ten minute walk between Gare de Lyon and Gare de Bercy Gare du Nord to Gare de Bercy. From the Eurostar platform, turn left, walk down the stairs and follow the signs for RER ligne D to Gare de Lyon (which will be signposted 'direction' 'Melun', 'Malesherbes' or 'Corbeil Essonnes'). It's just 2 stops from Gare de Nord to Gare de Lyon (and takes a little over 10 minutes) then either walk the 600m to Gare de Bercy or take the metro line 14 (which will be signposted 'direction Olympiades') one stop to Bercy metro station, from where it's just a short stroll over to the mainline Gare de Bercy.
