Overview of Dalsland Tipi Adventure Holiday

The Tipi Adventure in Dalsland is a flexible and affordable tipi holiday adventure ideal for active families or adults alike. Tipi accommodation in your own lakeside tipi and rowing boat for fishing or leisure use is provided as standard. On top of this you can choose to take part in a wide variety of activities during your stay.

A tipi provides the perfect base for outdoor adventures - spacious, comfortable and a unique accommodation experience. You will be cooking your dinner over open fire in the evening and sleeping on a mattress of fir twigs covered by reindeer skins, really getting back to nature.

Over 4 days (additional days optional) there is a great deal to discover and do. You can use the rowing boat provided to explore the lakes or go fishing (fishing licence is included, please bring own fishing gear), go hiking in the forests, take a kayak tour down the river (with the option for the adventurous to try a section of rapids), meet Sweden's "King of the Forest", the majestic moose, try rappelling down a cliff face, make the forests echo with your shouts as you whizz through the treetops on Sweden's longest zip-wire or challenge your family and friends to an outdoor competition! In the evening you can relax in an outside hot-tub beneath the stars looking out over the lake, a session in which is included in the price.

Tipi Adventure in Dalsland is offered on dates by arrangement between May and September. Whether you choose to go adventuring in the crisp air of spring, the long lazy days of high summer or the stunning forest colours of autumn, you may well return home feeling that a tipi really is the only way to camp!
