Customer Comments:
"We recently returned from a trip to the Rome, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast, courtesy of your company. The only words that I would like to use in respect of this holiday are "First Class throughout". From the time that we arrived at St Pancras until the time we (hastily as we had a connection to make at Kings Cross) departed from the Group with whom we had spent the previous twelve days, the organisation was faultless. There were occasions when the itinery was not as smooth as planned due to local events but the professionalism of Ian, the Tour Manager, showed through and what could have been serious problems were resolved to local irritations. The excursions were first class and the local guides excellent. We were particularly impressed with the selection of hotels in both Rome and Sorrento. The one in Rome was ideally situated for the antiquities, whereas the Tramantano in Sorrento was first class in every way. The group we travelled with were very compatible but above all else I must praise the service given by Ian. He really did make things go well (helped a bit we believe by the very compliant group he was leading). Will we go again? I can't think why not. We can't be bothered with worldwide travel, but Europe has a lot to offer and so we shall look forward to next year. We have used your company before, 2002 I believe to Narvik, but warmer climes call nowadays so south it will be." Mr and Mrs Harris
