The expert adventure seekers at TYF have been using sit-on kayaks to explore the Pembrokeshire coast for nearly a decade. Naturally, having spent such a long time exploring, they've developed a special understanding of how to enjoy these kayaks while maintaining a high level of safety. It is this knowledge that has gone into the one and two day courses, teaching you everything you need to know about how to head out and safely explore this fantastic region.

There's no strict itinerary, as the experts will tailor each course to the individual, helping them get the very best experience possible. You'll learn everything from fundamental kayaking strokes and rescue skills to how to plan a coastal trip, understand the tides and basic navigation. This is an ideal trip for those with some experience of sea kayaking, and there needs to be a minimum of three people in the group in order for the course to run.
