Greentraveller's Top Tips: All three cities in this itinerary have a few green options for visitors. The picturesque Swiss city is home to a wide range of parks, green spaces and gardens. Some of the loveliest places to relax or have a picnic are on the lower side of Lake Zurich. In Rome, the best way to explore the city is on foot; don’t miss all of the historical monuments such as the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Vatican City.  Lastly, whilst in Turin, do sample some of the locally produced cheeses as after all located nearby in Bra is the headquarters of the Slow Food movement.
