We offer over 40 residential yoga holidays each year all year round.
Some of our courses are very gentle and suitable for complete beginners of all ages and all levels of fitness, and some other courses are quite strong and dynamic and more suitable for regular yoga practitioners and those who are more fit.
We teach 9 different types of yoga so it is important to choose the type of yoga that suits you best. See the different types on our website: http://www.burrenyoga.com/courses-classes/what-type-of-yoga-is-best-for-me.html
Most people come on their own, and it is very easy to make friends within the warm, welcoming, informal friendly atmosphere.
We take a maximum of 15 people on each course so everyone gets very good individual attention.
