Beijing to host 2010 Tourism for Tomorrow Awards

The World Travel and Tourism Council  (WTTC) has announced that its 2010 Global Travel & Tourism Summit will be in Beijing from 25-27 May during which it will announce the winners of the 2010 Tourism for Tomorrow Awards.

WTTC is inviting tourism companies and organisations from around the world that can demonstrate best practice in sustainable tourism development to submit their applications for the 2010 Tourism for Tomorrow Awards. The deadline for applications is Monday 14 December 2009.

The Awards are determined in four categories:
• Destination Stewardship
• Conservation
• Community Benefit
• Global Tourism Business
