An interview I did for Radio 4's flagship travel programme, Excess Baggage, was broadcast earlier today.

The programme, hosted by John McCarthy, disussed the Lake District, interesting British lakes and rivers, and featured Clean Breaks 'new ways to see the world', including swimming holidays in Finland with Swimtrek, travelling to Dominica 'the alternative Caribbean', and meeting the Huaorani tribe in the Amazon.

Other guests were Daniel Start (the author of the excellent book Wild Swimming) and the author and broadcaster Hunter Davies.
