The experts' guide to UK National Parks

To celebrate National Parks week (and the 60th anniversary of the UK's national parks), the Guardian has asked people who live, work and play in them for their favourite ways to enjoy Britain's great outdoors.

Experts include Euan Wilson, Highlands and Islands Adventures; Kate Rew, founder of the Outdoor Swimming Society; and Jim Krawiecki co-author of Welsh Sea Kayaking.
