Combine high-level trekking with some easy climbing sections durigng this adventurous walking holiday past some of the most dramatic alpine peaks of the Bernese Oberland, including the famous trilogy of Eiger (3970m), Monch (4099m) and Jungfrau (4158m).
The route also negotiates rugged terrain including the Aletsche glacial system, whose heart is at the junction of glaciers known as Konkordia. You'll traverse several alpine mountain passes and spend the nights in beautiful Bernese Oberland refuges, offering stunning alpine vistas. There's also the chance to ascent tothe summit of Abeni Flue (3962m), where you'll be rewarded with a stunning panorama that includes the Matterhorn, Mont Blanc and the peak of Finsteraarhorn (4274m) - the highest summit in the Bernese Oberlands. The holiday is an ideal introduction to glacier trekking, also offering the chance to climb easy Alpine peaks.
