HOW GREEN IS THE BIG CHILL FESTIVAL?
- The Big Chill's organisers are working in cooperation with The Green Tent Company to provide affordable, environmentally friendly (and recyclable) tents that don't accidentally leave pegs in the ground
- Cycling to the festival is encouraged, with a bike park located just outside the Yellow Gate entrance to the festival site
- The festival provides recycling bags, cigarette stub tidies and is well equipped with recycling bins as part of its 'Leave No Trace' policy; they also have a cup deposit scheme to encourage people to re-use cups and reduce litter
HOW TO GET THERE
Nearest train station: Great Malvern; Colwall and Ledbury are also nearby
By train: Trains from across the UK run to Great Malvern, and the Big Chill runs a free shuttle service from the station to the festival site. Book your train ticket to Great Malvern
