How to travel to the port:

The easiest way for foot passengers to reach the ferry terminal is to take the dedicated bus service from Hull Paragon Interchange (home to the train station), which departs at 1715, in order to give plenty of time to check in upon arrival at the port. If you arrive into Hull later, you can catch a taxi from outside the station.

Hull Paragon Station is well served by trains from across the UK, including direct services from London and major Northern cities.

From the port you can take a connecting shuttle bus to Bruges' central train station which connects to numerous destinations throughout the the country and internationally. There are also services from Zeebrugge's train station to Bruges, a few minutes walk or short taxi ride from the port.

Bruges itself is a beautiful mediaeval city of canals and cobbled streets, waiting to be discovered - see the official Bruges tourist board website for more information. If you're hankering to try some of Belgium's celebrated chocolate, there are plenty of gourmet chocolatiers in the city, such as the celebrated Old Chocolate House, and you can visit the city's Museum of Chocolate.
