Fair Trade in Tourism South Africa has won the inaugural Ethical Travel Award of the Guardian and Observer Travel Awards. Read Andy Pietrasik’s article on Guardian Unlimited.
Highly commended were: Jordan’s Royal Society for the Conservation of Nature, Harlem Spirituals Gospel and Jazz Tours and Sustrans (UK).
