Holidays in London, England

London is brimming with urban adventures. At Greentraveller we believe that it is not so much about what you see when on a city break but how you see it. We therefore compiled the Green Map of London to help spread the word about all the eco things to do, places to stay and places to eat and drink in England’s vast capital city.

Although it sometimes might not seem it, London has heaps of fascinating green spaces that can be explored by bike or boat. Kew Gardens is world famous for its horticulture and the Barnes Wetland centre spills out onto an unspoilt section of the Thames Path. Heading East Hyde Park is always a hive of activity and to the North canals weave through Regents Park and up towards the mystical Hampstead Heath.
