Details of Urban Adventure in Florence: Evening Introduction

Our Florence Evening Introduction is a great way to kick off your exploration of this beautiful city, both past and present. You'll start your walk late in the afternoon afternoon, a time when the city is perhaps at its most tranquil. Accompanied by an expert local guide you’ll wander through the historical centre and get to know the layout of Florence, passing by important landmarks en route.

As we walk around, the guide will explain and discuss everything, from art to architecture, food to festivals and much more besides - on any given day, you could spend as much time talking about fashion, coffee or wine as we do about the Medici or Michelangelo; or you could find yourself led by a grad student writing a dissertation on Florentine history who wants to take you to a hidden place of great historical importance that most visitors would never even spot on their way from better-known monument to better-known monument.

The tour also gives you the opportunity to ask any logistical questions (such as using public transport, buying essentials, etc.) and pick your guide's brain for the best places to eat, drink, shop, or perhaps events only locals would know about.
