The city of Tromsø at nearly 69 degrees North is perfectly located for regular sightings of the Aurora Borealis. Blankets of colour - reds, greens and white fill the dark night skies between October and April each year. And if you're lucky you'll be witness to this awesome natural spectacle. Our cabins are located outside of Tromsø away from the hustle and bustle of the Arctic city - as laid back as it is. This trip will give you a touch of wilderness and escape during your holiday and is perfect for couples looking for a romantic break as well as families wishing for some independance.

You can stay as little or as long as you wish in your Arctic cabin. You'll enjoy a peaceful setting with stunning views over the Malangen Fjord and to the mountains beyond.

The cabins all benefit from modern Scandinavian design inside with large glass frontages to give priority to the views. Even on a cold crisp winter's day, you'll be drawn to the balcony for your morning coffee or afternoon tea. The cabins are managed by a hotel close by meaning that if you don't fancy cooking, you can enjoy great food in their restaurant - whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner.

You'll have access to an outside hot tub and sauna bookable at the hotel as well as the hotel's brand new spa facilities. You can also combine a stay in the city with our cabin accommodation for a country mouse, town mouse experience.

We offer a selection of winter activities to enjoy whilst you wait for the Northern Lights to appear including dog-sledding, snow-shoeing, ice-fishing and skiing.
