Canoeing from Forest Cabin in Southern Sweden is an ideal experience for families, couples or groups of friends who enjoy the adventure of self-guided canoeing but prefer coming home to a comfortable cabin each night to camping wild!
This is a very flexible experience, offering stay from 4 days/3 nights with 2 days' canoeing up to durations of a week or more. There are a number of options for canoe tours on the network of lakes and rivers around the cabin. In consultation with your host, you will choose a suitable route each day to match your preferences - a range of tours are available from relaxed paddles to more challenging tours. You will be given full advice and guidance by your local host and all canoe equipment is included.
The cabins are comfortable and fully-equipped for self-catering. What better way to end a day than by relaxing by the water's edge watching the sun go down and reflecting on the day's adventures before retiring for the evening to a welcoming forest cabin!
Options for canoe tours are available right from the door. For clients staying a little longer or choosing more challenging routes, it is also possible to arrange transfers for an additional charge to/from the start/end points of your chosen tour to allow a greater range of options. And if you would like an alternative way to spend time on the water during your stay, you can choose to use a rowing boat or go fishing for one of your canoe days!
