Alistair Handyside, Chairman of South West Tourism, said: "I am absolutely delighted with not only the standard of entries, but also the calibre, dedication and passion for quality of our winners - the tourism industry of the South West goes from strength to strength."

Bedruthan Steps Hotel and Spa, Cornwall, won the silver award for Large Hotel of the Year and gold award for Sustainable Tourism.

The Scarlet, Cornwall, won the gold award for Small Hotel of the Year, gold award for Sustainable Tourism and was specially commended with the Winner of Winners award.
