RailEurope offers 80% discount on Sleeper Trains in France

RailEurope, the European rail travel specialists, are offering savings of up to 80% on selected overnight routes within France.

The promotion includes overnight journeys to a selection of top ski and beach destinations around France, including Chambery, Bourg St Maurice, Moutiers and L’Hospitalet as well as Cannes, Nice and Frejus. One-way fares from Paris start at just £13 per person in a reclining seat, £21 per person in a 6-berth couchette or £40 in a 4-berth couchette.

The offers lasts from now until 14 February for travel between 27 January and 6 April. RailEurope is offering only a limited number of seats, so we advise you book early to avoid disappointment.

London to Nice (8 hrs, 50 mins)
Taking the sleeper train is worth it just to be woken up by the sun as you hit the Cote d'Azur. Wake up early so that you can follow the coast as the sun comes up, admiring the rich and famous back gardens as you head to Nice.
Journey Time: 8 hours, 50 minutes.
Sample Itinerary: Take any Eurostar to Paris in time to catch the 2225 from Paris Austerlitz, which arrives Nice at 0854.

Sample Itinerary: An afternoon train from London will get you into Paris in time for an evening meal and a transfer to Gare d'Austerlitz for the 2246 sleeper service to St Gervais, which arrives at 0911 the next morning, where you can connect to the 0932 for the last hop to Chamonix.
