Kent's Farmers' Markets (pictured above): The county boasts over 20 farmers' markets, where you'll be able to find everything from fresh fruit and veg to venison and Romney Lamb that has been raised and prepared by local hands. Delve into Kent's rich history with a visit to the famous Cathedral in Canterbury.

Canterbury Cathedral (pictured above): With a collection of 12th and 13th Century stained glass that is said to be the finest in the country, Canterbury Cathedral, alongside St Augustine's Abbey and St Martin's Church, makes up Canterbury's World Heritage Site. Bedgebury Forest can be exciting adventure for all the familyBedgebury Forest: As well as a fine collection of walking routes and waymarked horseriding trails, Bedgebury Forest also contains the National Pinetum, a 300-acre historic Arboreum offering the world finest conifer collection as well as a range of other rare and endangered plant species. Cyclists will be able to make the most of the new 10km family cycle track, plus 12km of single track mountain biking.

What to Do
Walking in Kent: Kent offers up around 4,200 miles of footpaths, with over 140 detailed walks complete with information and guides. You'll be able to cut through protected coutrysides and nature reserves, as well as winding along some of the top coastal paths that the UK has to offer.
