We've produced a series of videos showcasing local tourism 'champions' - businesses that are at the forefront of sustainable tourism in the Brecon Beacons.

In particular, the videos capture how the businesses connect with the surrounding landscape and provide guests with a genuine sense of place.

The owners of the featured businesses, who are at the vanguard of sustainable tourism in the Brecon Beacons, have not only proven their green credentials, they also have a particular understanding of their landscape; knowledge which they can pass on to visitors to help them have a richer, more meaningful experience.

The old adage that a picture paints a thousand words is true – and videos are perhaps worth even more. They have more power than words alone to tell the story of the view from the window, the sound of the birds in the trees... and illustrate the genuine hospitality of the accommodation provider.

Examples of the Champions include Glynmeddig Barn Bunkhouse, Brecon Beacons Holiday Cottages, Cantref Coach House, Brynhonddu Country House, Aberhyddnant Farm Cottages, Hall Farm Barn and Old Rectory Barn.
