Why we've chosen Johnston Cottage

Johnston Cottage, near the famous Cleddau estuary of South Pembrokeshire, started life in the early 19th Century as a pair of farm cottages. Today it is one detached Pembrokeshire cottage with its own Grade II Listed stone bridge to the front. This charming stone cottage is set within a ¼ of an acre of grounds. Just three miles away is the estuary famed for its birdlife, watersports and fishing. It is also close to Neyland Marina which has a walking/cycling route. It is also fairly close to Milford marina for boating and watersports. The cottage is surrounded by great beaches and castles in this area and it has the highest concentration of Blue Flag beaches in all of Europe. The cottage has its own stream where kingfishers, owls, otters and can be seen. Johnston Cottage is full of character and even has Welsh oak floor boards as well as an original stone Welsh inglenook (chimney fawr) in the kitchen.
