Why is this a greener holiday?
To truly minimise the environmental impact, guests are encouraged to arrive by public transport: the train station is Uttoxter. From there, take bus 32a to the top of the lane (47 minute journey). The owners are happy to meet guests at the bus stop for the 10 minute walk to the accommodation. Onsite they’ve have taken a number of green measures to reduce the environmental impact of their tourism business and contribute positively to their surroundings.

Directions from station:
Direct connections (bus 32a) at the railway station to the top of lane. Hosts will walk and meet any bus that they know guests are on.
10 minute downhill walk from local bus stop. Journey time 47 minutes. Buses are timed to depart after train arrives in both directions.
