We hope you will visit our accommodation at Ochil Villa B&B in Central Fife Scotland to relish our home baked breads and largely organic breakfasts, whether meaty, vegan or vegetarian.
We are located in Freuchie, in the beautiful farmland of North East Fife two miles from Falkland Palace.
We are lucky in Fife to have so many quality food producers and their products feature seasonally in our breakfasts.
These include Puddlebub sausages, raspberries & strawberries from Muddy Boots Farm Shop, Organic eggs from Pillars of Hercules. Our own homemade breads and oatcakes go perfectly with the local jams, cheeses and honeys.
The wholemeal bread, soda bread and Scottish baps are made with organic flour. The oatmeal for our oatcakes and porridge is from Hogarth's Mill in Kelso, delicious, fairly local, but not organic.
If you would like to bake the bread or rolls for your breakfast, let me know when you book, it's fun. Don't worry, no need to get up at dawn!
We ask people not to smoke on our premises.
