Why we've chosen Casa Rural El Paraje

A substantial old country house dating back to Moorish times has been restored and updated with five boutiquey guestrooms, four en-suite and one with private bathroom. Set on working organic farmland with almond groves, a vineyard, orchards, vegetables gardens and two natural springs, there’s now also a swimming pool with panoramic views down the verdant valley. Lying in central Las Alpujarras near the attractive village of Bérchules, there’s wonderful walking and both road and mountain-biking to be enjoyed from here. Evening meals are available most nights, along with picnic lunches. Two chic rental houses sleeping four provide self-catering options.
