Why we've chosen Brynich Farm Cottages:

Our four 18th century cottages have been lovingly converted by the Jones family who have been at Brynich since the 1960s. Sleeping a total of 20 guests, they offer a touch of comfort and luxury, while retaining many of their original features. The oak beams and white washed stone work give the buildings a real rustic charm.

The Miller's sleeps 8, The Wagoner's sleeps 8, The Hayloft sleeps 2 and The Woolpack sleeps 2 (plus a sofa bed). The two larger properties can be joined via an interconnecting door and the Miller's living area is large enough for everyone to get together to eat and socialise.  The properties, which can be booked individually, or by larger groups share an extensive garden area.

There are also 40 acres of farm that guests are welcome to explore. A nature trail guides you around the farm showing you many of the plants and animals that share this delightful rural location with us. There is also Brynich honey available from the bee hives in the vegetable garden. Just 2 miles from Brecon there are lots of good restaurants close at hand, as well as numerous activities for visitors to enjoy. From mountain biking, gorge walking, spas and historic sites, there is something for everyone. At Brynich we have an indoor kids soft play barm - ideal for wearing the kids out on a rainy day!   Brynich runs entirely on solar power, and has its own private water supply. We welcome dogs at Brynich.

Review by David Atkinson

"The family atmosphere and sense of local community make Brynich an obvious family break. But the Hayloft, in particular, also makes for a romantic couples' escape from family life for a few quiet nights away in the country."
